Distance & difficulty
This is a short tour less than 2,5 km. The best sunrise view is from the beach, which requires walking down and up a steep staircase and moving across very uneven terrain.
If you prefer, we can watch the sunset from the cliff edge instead and take only a very short walk. This version of the tour is suitable for guests with limited mobility.
Breakfast
Breakfast is simple, fresh, and satisfying: sourdough bread with butter, jam, and cheese, a small Danish pastry, juice, and hot coffee or tea. Perfect to enjoy as the first light reaches the cliffs.

Will the tour be completed regardless of the weather?
Normally, my tours run even in the rain. But since a sunrise can only be enjoyed in clear weather, this particular tour will only take place if conditions are dry.
Klintetours will assess whether the tour can go ahead based on the forecast.
If the tour is cancelled due to weather, you will be notified as soon as possible and receive a full refund.
Do you offer vegetarian, vegan, or allergy-friendly options?

How do we get to Stevns Klint?
Stevns Klint is easy to reach.
1 hour by car
From Copenhagen it takes one hour by car, which makes it a perfect day trip from Copenhagen.
1,5 hour by train
If you wish to use public transportation, it takes about 1,5 hour from Copenhagen central station to Rødvig. I can help you by sending you a timetable for the trains. I recommend you to buy the City Pass x-large ticket for the public transportation, since it covers all trains and busses, you will need for your day trip at Sealand.

What should we wear and bring?
Wear comfortable walking shoes and clothes suitable for the Danish weather (it can change quickly).
Bring water, sunscreen and sunglasses in summer and an extra layer in cooler months.
I provide all necessary information before the tour.
What about illness?
Klintetours is a one-woman company, and if the guide Anne Rosell Holt is ill on the day, the trip will be canceled as there are no substitute guides.
What if we have to cancel?
In case of cancellation less than 14 days before the trip: The entire price of the trip is paid with the exception of any meals that have not yet been purchased or that can be canceled.
In case of cancellation more than 15 days before the trip: The price of the trip is refunded with the exception of DKr 300 in processing fees.
